About the role
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy for children and adolescents
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services in-person and via telemedicine
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical team and refer as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and utilize company digital health technology
- Participate in administrative and care coordination support provided by the practice
- Engage in annual incentive programs and contribute to a collegial work environment
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
- Experience working with children & adolescent populations and/or the complete lifespan
- Licensed Counselors (LPCC, LISW, IMFT) credentials required to practice in Ohio
- Ability to provide telehealth and in-person clinical services
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient care
