About the role
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults
- Deliver individual and/or family therapy in-person at clinic and via telemedicine
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and clinical team members
- Maintain clinical excellence and patient care standards
- Participate in hybrid work schedule between office and home and accommodate flexible patient schedules
- Contribute to productivity and quality metrics tied to compensation incentives
Requirements
- Local to and fully licensed in South Carolina: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Fully licensed therapist (master's-level clinical licensure implied)
- Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday with evenings/weekends optional)
