About the role
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in-person and via telemedicine
- Deliver couples and family therapy as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the clinical team
- Maintain clinical documentation and participate in multidisciplinary care coordination
- Work a flexible, outpatient-only schedule with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends
Requirements
- Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Licensed therapists in the Claymont area (local candidates preferred)
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
