About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy and behavioral healthcare to adults, adolescents, and children
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in an outpatient clinic setting
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists
- Use electronic medical records (Full EMR) and digital telemedicine platforms as applicable
- Participate in a fee-for-service productivity model and coordinate with full-time billers and schedulers
- Engage in clinical teamwork and contribute to a collegial work environment
Requirements
- Holding an active Illinois license (not in process)
- LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure
- Wanting to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Working with a team and enjoy collaboration
- Ability to work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations
