About the role
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient care setting.
- Provide clinical services via in-person appointments and telemedicine/digital health telemedicine offering.
- Work as part of the clinical team to provide patient care and clinical excellence.
- Treat adults, children & adolescents or across the lifespan based on caseload.

Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LMFT).
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
- Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.
