About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy and clinical care to patients in Utah office locations
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare and maintain clinical excellence
- Manage a patient caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with clinical team and utilize full administrative support and digital technology
- Maintain licensure requirements, complete clinical documentation, and participate in practice workflows
- Offer flexible scheduling and some evening availability for specific populations (children, families, couples)
- Contribute to practice growth and collegial work environment
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Completed a Master's program and finished the supervision stage
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC) for an Outpatient practice
- Must be able to work in-person in Utah office locations
- Availability for some evenings for Child, Family, or Couples Therapists is a plus
- EMDR certification is a plus for Trauma Therapists
