About the role
- Provide outpatient behavioral health services and therapy to patients in a group practice setting.
- Deliver patient care focused on clinical excellence for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and utilize full administrative support to manage caseloads.
- Maintain strong work/life balance while meeting productivity and clinical quality expectations.
- Participate in practice operations within modern office settings and telemedicine offerings.
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LPC to practice independently in Texas. We are unable to accommodate dependently licensed Clinicians at this time.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role (in-office in The Woodlands, TX and remote as required).
