About the role
- Deliver telehealth services to commercially insured clients, typically managing lower-acuity cases with a focus on therapeutic engagement and long-term wellness.
- Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to clients of all ages.
- Maintain a full-time caseload (defined as 25 one-hour client sessions per week); able to see more clients if desired.
- Work remotely from a HIPAA-compliant home workspace and maintain reliable internet connectivity.
- Participate in individual and group consultation to support clinical growth and collaboration.
- Represent Brightways Counseling Group positively and professionally as a brand ambassador.
- Comply with licensure requirements (Indiana license active; obtain or be eligible for Oregon licensure) and background check.
Requirements
- Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- Hold active LPC, LCSW or LMFT license in the state of Indiana.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon (employer will cover licensure cost contingent upon hire).
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
- Reside in and hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Indiana.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
- Ability to work hours based on company hours in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
- Background check required; employment contingent upon passing.
- Full-time client caseload expectation: 25 one-hour sessions per week.
