💰 $84,480 - $163,014 per year
About the role
- Provide telehealth mental health therapy as part of the Community Care Team.
- Serve clients, primarily those with Medicaid coverage, using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 one-hour sessions per week for full-time status (can see more clients if desired).
- Work remotely from home during Pacific Standard Time company hours.
- Collaborate in a supportive, consultative environment and participate in consultations with therapy consultants.
- Keep HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet; comply with licensure and state eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (or willingness to obtain Licensure in Oregon).
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
- Licensure & Location Requirements: Hold an active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Oregon. Live in and be licensed (or license-eligible) in one of these states: AZ, ID, MO, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA.
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
