About the role
- Provide therapy as a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington State
- Serve adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Conduct individual and/or couples therapy
- Work within a clinician team committed to clinical excellence
- Maintain flexible schedule, potentially hybrid model with in-person and remote sessions
- Operate out of Edmonds office and other area locations to facilitate commuting
- Participate in productivity-based compensation and incentive programs
Requirements
- Fully Licensed in Washington State:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
- Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
- Individual and or couples therapy
