About the role

  • Provide licensed therapy services (individual, couples, adult, child and adolescent) to patients in outpatient settings
  • Work in hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility
  • Collaborate as part of a clinician team including psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners
  • Maintain productivity-based caseloads
  • Participate in professional development (CEUs) and comply with malpractice insurance and documentation requirements

Requirements

  • Fully Licensed in Arizona
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW)
  • Experienced with Adult and/ or child and adolescent populations
  • Individual and or couples therapy
