About the role
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in-person and via telehealth
- Maintain a clinical caseload and documentation in an EMR system
- Participate in weekly case consultations and peer consultation groups
- Provide or receive clinical supervision (LCSW/LICSW) as applicable
- Collaborate with support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection
- Attend to administrative tasks required to maintain a successful practice (non-billable infrastructure)
Requirements
- Providers MUST be licensed as an LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT in Massachusetts
- Ability to provide telehealth from a home office (hybrid schedule)
