About the role

  • Independently manage a set of North American accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within your assigned accounts to hit quarterly targets
  • Manage full sales cycle of Liferay Products and Services, collaborating with the sales ecosystem including internal teams and channel partners
  • Manage the renewal process end-to-end, identifying potential churn risks early and working with the team to mitigate them
  • Act as the bridge between the customer and our internal technical teams to ensure technical roadblocks are cleared quickly

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Pre-sales, Sales or account management, within the enterprise software industry
  • Comfortable discussing software features, enterprise architecture, and implementation timelines with technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional ability to present business value of complex enterprise technology
  • A strong understanding of the Liferay DXP platform and how it delivers value to enterprise users
  • Previous experience in a sales engineering, or consulting role is a major plus
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks and accounts with minimal daily supervision
