About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to the division, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
  • Provide oversight and leadership on financial controls, month-end financial close, and budget preparation process.
  • Responsible for driving strategic operational and financial operations initiatives for the Division.
  • Responsible for front and back-end revenue cycle operations including oversight of internal CBO operations and revenue cycle IT/operational vendor partners.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Develop and implement financial metrics to monitor performance and drive accountability across the division.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Foster a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare required.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • High level experience with financial software and systems.
