About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Behavioral Health facilities with financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting
- Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management.
- Plans and monitors of staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Managing the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing staff and administering corrective action.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
- 7 years of finance or accounting experience/healthcare experience preferred
- Strong background in financial budgeting
- Problem solving skills
- Proven leadership
