About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Sales Ops Intern, you will play a central role supporting the Sales teams by helping to build a scalable Outbound Sales machine.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify actionable improvement levers
  • Redesign and implement new processes to scale the sales teams and boost their productivity using data (and AI!)
  • Strategically segment prospects, identify target accounts, and track account assignment to Inside Sales
  • Deploy reporting and prospecting activity tracking tools
  • Drive CRM usage at every stage of the sales cycle to ensure data quality
  • Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Operations teams on high-impact initiatives
  • Propose, test, and implement new ideas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are in your first or second year of a master's program (M1 or M2) at a business or engineering school
  • You have prior experience in sales, sales operations, or account management
  • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive — comfortable handling complex topics
  • Proficient in Excel / data analysis tools and familiar with CRMs
  • Excellent communication skills and a real team player — service-oriented
  • Strong interest in tech/B2B SaaS
  • Knowledge of healthcare is a plus
