About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver comprehensive clinical care through text-based (asynchronous) and video-based (synchronous) consultations
Educate patients on suitable treatments and personalized care plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nursing program with specialization in Family Practice or similar
Current, unencumbered FNP license in multiple states; additional state licenses may be required based on patient location
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC
2+ years of experience as an NP, including demonstrated telehealth experience
Primary care experience diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Preferred: 30+ active state medical licenses in good standing
Strong communication skills for live video and asynchronous messaging
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care
