About the role
- Create, copyedit, and manage publication of content across platforms (promotional ads, web pages, PR/IR, customer support, clinical messaging, customer-facing applications)
- Manage content creation workflows: ideation, production, editing, building, and posting live
- Collaborate with content creators, medical reviewers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality, accuracy, voice, and compliance
- Proofread written content for grammar, readability, and verify medical references, statistics, and sources
- Perform quality assurance on patient-facing messaging, materials, and applications; surface and act on errors and opportunities
- Edit and post content within digital platforms and manage approval and publication workflows
- Analyze content performance and conversion metrics to identify improvements and adjust strategies
- Stay up-to-date on company products, industry trends, competitor activity, and content best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with various types of content – including educational, promotional, and technical – across different platforms, including print, digital, or social media
- Strong background in content creation and management
- Familiarity with content management systems, project management platforms, and analytics tools
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and related lingo; specifically experience writing for a patient/consumer audience
- Well-organized and deadline-driven, with keen attention to detail
