About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute job analyses for all organizational roles
- Develop and assess job descriptions, benchmark salaries, and recommend compensation adjustments
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organization policies
- Collaborate with the department Director, People Services Leadership, and other stakeholders
- Implement compensation structures aligned with company objectives and market trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 2 years of equivalent work experience
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in managing job descriptions and compensation
- Experience and proficiency in interpreting large sets of compensation data, trends, and performance metrics
- Advanced skills in Excel administration and spreadsheet preparation
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or industry-related certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
- Ability to travel up to 10% in the performance of job duties
