About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide payment assistance solutions such as co-pay cards or vouchers
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
- Provide initial support via telephone, email, fax, or other available contact methods
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution
- Document resolution-specific information
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate area
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management
- Field requests including card activation, program eligibility, program benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections
- Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Must reside in the same country where the job is located
