Key responsibilities & impact

Project Leads are integral to clinical trial delivery, liaising with clinical teams to improve patients’ lives.
Manage delivery and management of smaller, less complex regional studies.
Ensure the execution of clinical studies per contract, optimizing speed, quality, and cost.
Set objectives for core project team, communicate effectively, and assess performance.
Monitor progress against contract, present project information to stakeholders.
Serve as primary contact with customers, managing relationships.
Build and lead cross-functional project team, ensuring overall project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Over 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year in project management.
Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas, including clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage resources effectively.
Attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work across geographies and understand cultural differences.
Good understanding of project financials.
Willingness to travel for work.
