About the role
- Advise the US Pain Field Force West Region on compliance initiatives
- Serve as the Compliance representative on cross-functional teams
- Conduct field rides with sales representatives and field leadership to ensure compliant execution
- Collaborate with the OBIE Training and Communications team on trainings and communications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and other functional areas
Requirements
- 5-7 years Compliance business partnering experience providing advice in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced knowledge of statutes, regulations, and guidance documents applicable to Field Force activities
- Demonstrated commitment to Compliance, ethics, and accountability
- Outstanding ability to effectively communicate sound advice coupled with a strong understanding of business needs
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
