About the role

  • Conduct 1st round of interviews for new guides.
  • Invite reviewed applicants to meet for an initial phone screen.
  • Determine the candidate's desire to become a LifeGuide.
  • Evaluate candidates to ensure they fit the role.
  • Assist the Onboarding Team by tracking progress of guides.
  • Conduct Onboarding training sessions.

Requirements

  • Have a PC desktop, Mac or laptop with a working camera and microphone (mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones cannot be used).
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions.
  • Must be able to dedicate 2-10 hours a week for this role.
  • Must be comfortable and proficient at interacting and communicating with executives and junior employees.
  • Must possess a healthy balance of empathy, honesty, patience and a sense of humor.
  • Must possess the agility and flexibility necessary to remain open in a fast-paced startup environment.
