About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in maintaining, fostering high quality of patient care
- Promote/exemplify Company mission, vision and values
- Coordination and collaboration with agency leaders on Oasis, POC, QA
- Educates and collaborates with field clinicians, clinical managers, DOC's, Administrators on best practices
- Participate in the development of field clinicians that routinely perform OASIS assessments
- Review OASIS and contents of POCs for OASIS accuracy
- Focus on best practice OASIS items
- Review to ensure appropriate utilization of resources
- Ensure that the frequency listed for each discipline is scheduled as ordered
- Reviews, monitors all Wellsky reports related to QA daily workflow
- Assist with end of episode billing to ensure unbilled meets company goals
- Collaborates with key leadership to ensure STAR ratings, HHCAPS and VBP exceeds state/national levels
- Supports branch location when needed
- Identifies training needs in branch locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health Agency
- 2 years of management experience preferred
- Possess knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines essential to Home Health Coverage
- Possess good organizational and time management skills
- Possess good problem-solving skills
- Possess strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for thoroughness and accuracy
- Initiative and the ability to work independently
- Flexible, dependable, and self-directed
- Current driver’s license in good standing
- Current State professional license as an RN in any/all applicable states
- Current CPR
