About the role
- Own all non-U.S. subscriber and free-user growth, from awareness through retention, across Life360’s multi-product ecosystem.
- Architect strategy, build the international organization, and run a tight experimentation and operating cadence to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Set and own the multi-year international growth strategy, prioritizing regions and balancing new-market entry with expansion of established markets.
- Translate strategy into measurable roadmaps with direct accountability for subscriber, user, and revenue goals.
- Test and launch region-specific features and packages; own business cases and evaluate post-launch performance.
- Collaborate with international marketing teams to deliver tailored campaigns across media, CRM, brand, PR, and retail channels.
- Source and structure high-impact partnerships with telcos, OEMs, and retailers to maximize market reach.
- Design repeatable frameworks for co-marketing, bundling, billing integration, and revenue-sharing across regions.
- Own international P&L, revenue, CAC/LTV, and contribution margin, partnering with Finance for forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in consumer protection, privacy, payments, and advertising.
- Build and lead a high-performing international commercialization team.
- Operate cross-functionally, aligning international strategy with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CS, Data, and Finance.
- Advocate for international priorities across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in international markets, ideally in consumer technology, SaaS, or subscription businesses.
- Track record of delivering growth at scale in multiple global regions.
- Deep knowledge of product localization, international marketing, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience leading partnerships with telcos, OEMs, and retailers.
- Strong analytical, financial, and P&L management expertise.
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire diverse, high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
