About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with leadership across departments to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods and market insights.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Use data and metrics to inform recommendations, identify bottlenecks, and optimize our recruiting funnel.
  • Mentor and collaborate with recruiting coordinators and junior recruiters to improve team performance.
  • Help shape employer branding initiatives to position Life Space Digital as an employer of choice in the startup ecosystem.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-scaling startup or dynamic, high-growth company.
  • Strong track record of closing technical and/or go-to-market roles across multiple levels.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach—you understand how to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and sourcing platforms and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem).
