About the role
- Own end-to-end full-stack delivery of features and subsystems
- Contribute to the evolution of our Next.js and React-based architecture
- Execute the migration and hardening of our authentication flows from legacy providers to Microsoft Entra ID
- Draft and defend technical specifications before cutting code
- Build with a mindset of "elegant but not overengineered"
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Data, and Delivery
Requirements
- 6+ years building and operating full-stack applications
- Strong in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and REST APIs
- Deep understanding of the Headless philosophy
- Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely
- True full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and system boundaries
- Experience with Azure (IaaS/PaaS), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
- Familiarity with platforms like Datadog or Application Insights
- Curiosity and practical experience leveraging LLMs
