About the role
- Generate qualified leads for Licensed Insurance Agents
- Answer inbound calls and verify Medicare Parts A & B eligibility using a script
- Deliver brief scripted information
- Transfer qualified callers to a Licensed Insurance Agent
- Maintain required call volume and conversion standards
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to read a script naturally and build quick rapport
- Ability to multitask(example: typing and navigating multiple screens while on calls)
- Prioritize and manage time
- Reliable transportation to work on-site in Clearwater, FL
- Fluent in English
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience as a Fronter, Opener, or Lead Qualifier is preferred but not required.
- Motivation, and desire to achieve.
