About the role
- Learn and understand the Medicare landscape through company-provided training and ongoing development
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their healthcare needs and recommend suitable plans
- Maintain compliance with all CMS and company regulations
- Utilize CRM tools and internal systems to manage leads and client information
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
- Previous Medicare sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM and quoting platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company.
