About the role
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Medicare sales agents
- Drive individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed goals
- Monitor sales activity, performance metrics, and pipeline management
- Ensure adherence to Medicare compliance and CMS guidelines
- Assist with agent onboarding, training, and ongoing development

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales agent experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Medicare products and regulations
