About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work commercially with product managers and medical managers in the pharmaceutical industry
Identify opportunities and develop customized solutions for each client
Structure projects with a strategic rationale and a results-oriented focus
Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
Monitor projects after approval, ensuring alignment with the original proposal
Build close, consultative relationships with clients
Work on projects such as medical events, congresses, continuing medical education, scientific content production, mini meetings, and medical travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in consultative sales
Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented profile
Ability to work with complex projects and open-ended requests
Organized, proactive, and results-focused
Ability to build long-term relationships
Experience with medical events and scientific projects (a plus)
