About the role

  • Provide support and contribute to the development of the department’s processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Play a key role in standardizing procedures, supporting internal departments, and monitoring operational routines.
  • Review, update, and standardize Quality procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to teams on processes and standards.
  • Provide support to internal departments on Quality-related matters.
  • Monitor and control environmental indicators (temperature and humidity).
  • Perform inspections in operational areas, assessing cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
  • Monitor technical assistance and logistics activities, ensuring quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Quality Engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of RDC Anvisa 665/2022 and ISO 13485:2016.
  • Quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone, PDCA, 8D, among others).
  • Experience with medical devices.
  • Intermediate English (reading and written communication skills).
  • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Self-directed learner with a desire to grow and learn.
  • Must reside in Indaiatuba or the surrounding region.
