About the role

  • Operational planning of events, aligned with the client and the venue's technical requirements
  • Research, budgeting, negotiation and contracting of suppliers
  • Coordination and management of the delivery of contracted services during the event
  • On-site supervision to ensure execution according to schedule and expected quality
  • Management of deadlines and ensuring completion of planned tasks
  • Preparation of the post-event report and delivery of the final event book to the client.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education
  • Experience with task management systems (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Hands-on experience in all stages: pre-event, execution and post-event
  • Ability to prepare and analyze comparative budget spreadsheets
  • Intermediate English considered a plus.
