About the role

  • Full ownership of recruitment processes (end-to-end);
  • Development of recruitment strategies for complex regions;
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and manage the vacancies under your responsibility;
  • Support attraction intelligence and continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with managers;
  • Experience handling high volumes of vacancies (average of 25 concurrently);
  • Organized, proactive, and strategic mindset regarding the recruitment process;
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, especially recruiting operational and commercial profiles;
  • Ability to quickly identify talent in hard-to-reach regions;
  • Proficiency with the Gupy platform;
  • Ability to map alternative sourcing channels and attraction partners;
  • Previous experience with ATS tools (Gupy is essential);
  • Must have own work equipment, including computer and mobile phone;
