About the role
- Full ownership of recruitment processes (end-to-end);
- Development of recruitment strategies for complex regions;
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and manage the vacancies under your responsibility;
- Support attraction intelligence and continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with managers;
- Experience handling high volumes of vacancies (average of 25 concurrently);
- Organized, proactive, and strategic mindset regarding the recruitment process;
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, especially recruiting operational and commercial profiles;
- Ability to quickly identify talent in hard-to-reach regions;
- Proficiency with the Gupy platform;
- Ability to map alternative sourcing channels and attraction partners;
- Previous experience with ATS tools (Gupy is essential);
- Must have own work equipment, including computer and mobile phone;
