About the role
- Process customer orders in a calm, reassuring and professional manner that promotes the company’s customer-centered philosophy
- Follow appropriate system suggestions on additional product options
- Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback in order to improve individual performance and customer experience
- Successfully handle multiple tasks such as actively listen to our caller’s needs while navigating internal systems and consistently provide resolution using existing policy (utilize support staff when needed) to support the customer-centered philosophy
- Successfully work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while meeting performance expectations as set forth by the company
- Seek out accurate and complete information to all callers in each situation
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work
- Demonstrate flexibility as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs (i.e. overtime, delayed lunches and/or breaks)
- 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 1-2 years experience in a call center environment
- 2+ years experience providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and articulately
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Proven experience in an environment that requires strong multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
