• Support for controlling departments with ERP-related issues
• Advise and support business units on optimizing and designing processes and ERP applications
• Develop training and workshop concepts and deliver them together with key users
• Lead, plan and coordinate smaller international IT projects
• Analyze, design, implement and deploy new solution concepts
• Transfer system and user knowledge to key users in international subsidiaries
