About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, process, and obtain reimbursement for all Liebherr warranty programs for the Saline facility
  • Provide warranty support to internal customers through communication and coordination
  • Administer the commercial warranty process to maximize monetary compensation
  • Investigate and research data to confirm or deny warranty eligibility
  • Attend meetings
  • Prepare reports, including the Monthly Warranty Report
  • Submit reimbursement claims to OEMs and third-party suppliers
  • Perform credit and pre-invoicing reconciliation
  • Recognize patterns and potential issues and minimize adverse impact
  • Audit repair orders for reimbursement and special commercial conditions
  • Challenge claim rejections
  • Process claims for services performed at customers’ facilities
  • Support continuous process improvement and perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years of experience in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous aviation industry experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain motivation in a complex, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work productively with ambiguous guidelines
