About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Receive articles and inspect incoming materials for acceptable quality before repair induction or warehouse storage
  • Conduct preliminary inspections, including damage inspection and customer paperwork review
  • Confirm correct part numbers and serial numbers and record flight cycles and flight hours
  • Inspect incoming raw materials and verify incoming certifications for validity and acceptability
  • Manage certifications for incoming piece parts electronically and in hard copy
  • Identify and maintain items with shelf-life restrictions
  • Process, close, and resolve discrepancies through customer and supplier contact and follow-up
  • Perform essential repair induction functions as required
  • Work independently and as a member of the customer service/Liebherr Aerospace team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or repair facility preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a customer service/Liebherr Aerospace team
  • Ability to maintain motivation in a complex, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Time management and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
