About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Arrange transport for machines and parts
- Coordinates regular and oversized shipments – inbound/outbound, domestic/international
- Assist with importation of machines from various factories for company shows in North America
- Manage products considering restrictions and special requirements
- Selects the optimal service regarding destination and timeframe
- Prepares all documentation relevant for transport
- Negotiates with internal/external sources
Requirements
What you’ll need- A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and 3 years related experience
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Proficient knowledge of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS)
