About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • General administrative and office duties including work processing and filing.
  • Checking delivery dockets and receipting purchase orders using ERP system.
  • Preparation of documentation for kitting of production orders.
  • Preparation of documentation for packing for Fenit/Site/Rostock.
  • Prepare packing lists for dispatch for additional sub-contract work.
  • Complete out-bounding and releasing of production orders, adjusting stock levels accordingly.
  • Documentation control within the department.
  • Other additional duties which may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar demanding role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient in ERP Systems, related to Material Management.
  • Good communication skills
