Service Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and coordinate field service work
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians
- Respond to queries and maintain good customer relations and preparation of quotations.
- Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow
- Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed
- Monitor and track work in progress.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team
- Proficiency in service management systems or willingness to learn
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
