About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support and assistance to customers and employees in the MyLiebherr customer portal
- Provide support for digital products (LIDIAG + LIDIA + Remote) and future digital offerings
- Handle license sales
- Act as a liaison to the sales team
- Act as a liaison to second-level support
- Ensure that all machines are registered in the MyLiebherr customer portal
- Perform administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial and/or technical training
- Experience in service; alternatively experience in sales or consulting
- Knowledge of IT/software is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system
- Customer- and goal-oriented mindset with cost awareness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Team player with a friendly manner, flexibility and strong commitment
