About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the financial Business Partner for the production scope
- Monitor expenses by cost center
- Analyze variances in the income statement (financial and managerial) and provide relevant recommendations
- Define and monitor financial improvement plans in collaboration with functional managers
- Prepare and manage the production scope budget, including costs, hourly rates, analytical depreciation and residual values of fixed assets
- Contribute to the preparation of financial plans
- Validate investment requests through profitability analyses (ROI)
- Develop KPIs, reporting and performance analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related field
- Initial experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
- Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German
- Proficient in MS Office suite and practical experience with an ERP
- Autonomous, flexible and a team player
- Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities and interpersonal skills
