About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer and supplier warranty claims
- Process warranty related sales orders
- Process all warranty related service processes
- Work with the Service Coordinator to collect all warranty claim supporting documentation
- Process all warranty claims within the required time-lines
- Call customers and arrange pickup of warranty parts that need to be returned
- Process credit notes for new parts being returned
- Call customer and verify reason for return and to make sure proper paperwork is filled out
- Follow up on credit notes for core returns
- Accept all credit notes or denial letters from the factory and process any credit due to customers
- Filing of all warranty claim correspondence
- Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring the group and self-follow established safety procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of one to three years of experience in a parts or similar environment
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff
- Proficiency in using the ERP system and other Liebherr applications
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in PC based word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
- Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends as needed
