Commercial Administrator – Facilities
Liebherr GroupCommercial Administrator responsible for facilities management and administrative tasks at Liebherr-Australia. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support Capex processes.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate facilities management, including maintenance, security systems, and site services
- Manage fixed assets, including asset allocation, records, and annual stocktakes
- Support Capex processes – tracking budgets, raising requests, and following approvals
- Provide Accounts Payable support (Doxis, supplier setup, reconciliations)
- Maintain the motor vehicle register, including fleet tracking, audits, and insurer liaison
- Oversee office supplies and general branch administration
- Assist with expense claims, travel allowances, and timesheet processing
- Support Who’s On Location (WOL) management and contribute as a member of the HSE committee
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Commercial and Service Administration teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Certificate IV in Business Administration OR at least 3 years relevant administration experience
- Exposure to Invoicing, raising CAPEX and Accounts Payable
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard in time efficient manner
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
