Project Manager – Robotic Automation Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development of project "Initiation Activities"
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives
- Document and manage all project specific objectives
- Develop a detailed project plan
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate risk and opportunity management planning activities
- Guide the applicable core team members
- Manage customer required documentation
- Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel
- Communicate with customers on problem resolution
- Monitor and provide direction throughout build/installation process
- Prepare and report status of project
- Conduct and document “Lessons Learned” review of project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Minimum of three (3) full lifecycle projects managed
- Minimum of one global project managed
- Cross-functional experience of 3-4 years in manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, finance, quality or sales
- Automotive industry and manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage and facilitate a cross functional team
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Skilled in using logic and reason to solve problems
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
