About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation and rollout of a contract management software system
  • Assist with project coordination, including planning, testing, and execution
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to align system and business requirements
  • Review, organize, and maintain contract files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support contract data migration, tracking key terms, dates, and documentation
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools, workflows, and basic reporting
  • Assist in creating user guides and training employees on system usage
  • Identify gaps in documentation and follow up to ensure completeness
  • Support system testing and troubleshoot issues during implementation
  • Perform additional project-related and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated understanding of business operations and processes
  • Ability to handle confidential and critical information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment and driving process improvements
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams (e.g., IT) and non-technical stakeholders
