Intern – Contract Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation and rollout of a contract management software system
- Assist with project coordination, including planning, testing, and execution
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to align system and business requirements
- Review, organize, and maintain contract files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support contract data migration, tracking key terms, dates, and documentation
- Develop and maintain tracking tools, workflows, and basic reporting
- Assist in creating user guides and training employees on system usage
- Identify gaps in documentation and follow up to ensure completeness
- Support system testing and troubleshoot issues during implementation
- Perform additional project-related and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated understanding of business operations and processes
- Ability to handle confidential and critical information with discretion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
- Comfortable working in a structured environment and driving process improvements
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams (e.g., IT) and non-technical stakeholders
