About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the People Operations function, ensuring efficient, consistent service delivery

- Lead HRIS strategy and system optimisation, working closely with IT and vendors
- Oversee people data, analytics, and reporting, enabling better decision-making

- Drive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Finance, or related discipline
- Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations leadership roles in a complex enterprise level organisation
- Strong background in HR systems (HRIS), reporting, and process optimisation
- Experience leading high-volume or complex HR service environments
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and employment legislation
- Ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency at scale
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
