Good T-SQL skills (query development, performance analysis, troubleshooting)

Solid knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery models
Hands-on experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery (e.g. Always On, clustering)
Strong understanding of database security (permissions, roles, auditing)
Automation skills using T-SQL and PowerShell (e.g. SQL Agent jobs, maintenance tasks)
Good knowledge of Windows Server and basic infrastructure (storage, networking, Active Directory)
