About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and accounting of scrap, rework and claims in the ERP
Participation in monthly closing activities
Management of personnel-related actions and unplanned departures
Opening, closing and modification of cost centers and projects in the ERP
Updating and communication of operational statistics, including productive hours
Intercompany recharging to the various companies of the Liebherr Group
Targeted invoice checks before posting in the ERP
Calculation and analysis of standard product costs in the system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Federal VET certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment
Fluent in French with good knowledge of English and German
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge of an ERP system
Analytical skills, agility, flexibility and discretion in handling information
