Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor expenses by cost center
Analyze and explain variances in the income statement (financial and analytical)
Support the preparation of budgets by cost center
Participate in monthly closings and the development of future plans
Develop KPIs and BI performance reports/tools in collaboration with the company's functional managers
Perform specific analyses and drive optimization measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
Have at least 2–3 years of experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment
Be proficient in French and English, with good knowledge of German
Be proficient in MS Office and have solid knowledge of an ERP system
Be autonomous, flexible, and possess strong teamwork skills
Stand out for your analytical skills, communication abilities, and capacity to assert yourself
